Antique White Carnival Glass Plate

Pattern:  Rose Show

~Northwood Glass Company~

ca early 1900s

______

GREAT EXAMPLE in WHITE!!

This is QUITE lovely!! The pattern is called ROSE SHOW and it looks like the roses were fresh picked from the garden and placed in an open basket!!  The roses carry GREAT height and are so life-like!!  Actually one of the few patterns that the flowers on the bowl are pretty much the actual size!

The iridescence is BEAUTIFUL showing nice colors atop just the right amount of frost!! So important to have the frost WITH the pastel colors!!!

You will note that these plates usually have damage to them, particularly on the roses.  I feel slight roughness to a couple of the roses from being scraped by the bottom of another piece of glass, but don't see any chips on those roses.  To be picky there is a tiny fleabite on the rim edge... really tough to see also.

I use no artificial lighting, all is natural light from outdoors... this means I do not take a lamp outside with me to make my glass look shiny... inside when you open these items they will have a better shine because of your indoor lighting.  I also don't use any "super sheen" products or anything on the glass other than mild detergent/soap to wash the dirt off with.

SUPER ANTIQUE NORTHWOOD CARNIVAL GLASS!!

~NO CRACKS~

*Remember, no 2 pieces of carnival EVER look the same... if you like what you see here, then this is the one for you to buy.*
