WHAT A CUTIE!!
I think this is a juice glass or maybe it's a shot glass? I admit to not being quite sure of which but I provide the dimensions so you can tell if it matters to you!
The pattern is called Jacobean Ranger and it was made by Inwald, a Czech glass company. Great shine and GREAT iridescence! Please disregard whited out areas attributable to the super shine!
~NO CHIPS or CRACKS~ I use NO artificial lighting, all is natural light from outdoors (same as what you have at your house)... this means I do not take a lamp outside with me to make my glass look shiny... inside when you open these items they will have a better shine because of your indoor lighting.
